For more than 65 years, Monarch has provided needed residential housing, including Community Title Housing Estates, as well as boutique commercial, office, and retail to meet demand. To date, Monarch has developed over 4,000 properties. Here you will find some of our past and current projects.

23 On Ryde is Monarch’s latest commercial development, comprising 2,100 square meters of showroom and office space. Monarch’s The Meadows at Bardia in South Western Sydney is in one of the most accessible locations in Sydney. The Pinnacle, Macquarie Links Estate

This Estate is a $350 million residential development in South Western Sydney comprising approximately 400 homes built over 150 hectares around the award-winning Macquarie Links International Golf Course. Facilities include swimming pools, tennis courts, BBQ and picnic areas, a community centre, a bush reserve, and walking tracks. Security monitors the Estate entry gate 24/7, and a shuttle bus delivers a timetabled bus service to and from the railway station.

  • Narellan Gardens Estate Camden

    Monarch purchased this land in 1989 and used what was then an innovative integrated approach to subdivision design. Monarch constructed large 1,000m² lots for traditional housing; medium sized 600-700m² lots for more affordable housing and small 250-300m² lots for singles, first home buyers, retirees, empty nesters and the investment rental market.

  • Highland Park Estate Wyong
